Did you know? Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms can save your life?
Fire extinguishers. Portable fire extinguishers can save lives and property by putting out small fires.
Smoke alarms. Properly installed and maintained alarms play a vital role in reducing fire deaths and injuries. They give you time to get out!
Carbon monoxide (CO) alarms. Potential sources of carbon monoxide, the “invisible killer,” come from fuel burning in your home, such as gasoline, propane, and wood or heating and cooking equipment. Alarms alert a leak and give you time to relocate to a safe, non-toxic area.
The Pechanga Fire Department Home Fire Safety Initiative wants to improve your at-home safety! Call today to request installation of fire safety equipment for tribal members residing on the Pechanga Reservation.
We will come to you! Upon request, PFD will administer home fire safety checks by checking batteries and replacing old ones, installing alarms and fire extinguishers!
Call today 951-770-6012 or email PFD-FMO@pechanga-nsn.gov to schedule a visit!
